Registration and profile information when you join Our Platform. Though the information may vary based on the needs of the Activity Provider offering the Program, such information may include the person’s name, birth date, grade, known allergies, school, information about the parents and siblings, emergency contact information and other information. This information may be provided to our Service by an adult family member or by an Activity Provider. We also collect information about how you use the Service and the data you input. Many Service Providers will customize their websites or their use of our Service to permit additional types of data collection and content that is uploaded or input into the Service. Any data that you submit or make available to others on the Service is User Content.

We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide the features of the Service. 2. USE OF COOKIES

The AfterSchool HQ website may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize AfterSchool HQ pages or register with AfterSchool HQ site or services, a cookie helps AfterSchool HQ to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same AfterSchool HQ website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the AfterSchool HQ features that you customized.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the AfterSchool HQ services or websites you visit.

In all circumstances, we will limit such processing for our legitimate business interest to what is necessary for its purposes.

4. OUR RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

10. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

If we decide to change this Policy, we will post those changes on http://www.afterschoolhq.com/privacy or post a notice of the changes to this Policy on the homepage (www.afterschool.com) and other places we deem appropriate, so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. However, if you have deleted/deactivated your account, then you will not be contacted, nor will your previously collected personal information be used in this new manner.

If the change to this Policy would change how your Personally Identifiable Information is treated, then the change will not apply to you without your affirmative consent. However, if after a period of thirty (30) days you have not consented to the change in the Policy, your account will be automatically suspended until such time as you may choose to consent to the Policy change. Until such consent, your personal information will be treated under the Policy terms in force when you began your membership.

Any other change to this Policy (i.e., if it does not change how we treat your Personally Identifiable Information) will become effective after we provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ notice of the changes and provide notice of the changes as described above. You must notify us within this 30-day period if you do not agree to the changes to the Policy and wish to deactivate your account as provided under Section 5.
