Description
Everyone Leads is a leadership discovery session where mentees learn what leadership is, engage in small-group reflection with mentors to examine how they demonstrate leadership in their lives, and explore how to grow as leaders. Through guided reflection and peer practice, mentees will gain awareness of their leadership presence, identify the gap between their current and aspirational leadership, and commit to one concrete way they'll lead differently this week. This is a coaching partnership where mentors help mentees uncover their own answers through powerful questions and genuine listening.
