Dear 100 Black Men of Metropolitan Houston Families,
Join us for one of Houston’s largest back-to-school community events.
The Mayor’s Back 2 School & Health Fair presented by Shell will help Houston-area students and families prepare for the upcoming school year with backpacks, school supplies, health screenings, immunizations, and additional community resources.

Two steps are required
Step One
Register your student with the City of Houston
The City’s registration is required to attend the event. After registering, retain the confirmation email or letter you receive.
Step 2
RSVP with 100 Black Men of Metropolitan Houston
After completing the City registration, RSVP through Afterschool HQ. This helps us identify which mentees and families will be attending and coordinate our chapter’s participation.
Why are there two forms?
The City of Houston registration is required for event admission.
The Afterschool HQ RSVP provides 100 Black Men of Metropolitan Houston with an accurate list of participating mentees and families.

Identification for the adult accompanying the student
