Fall 2025 Before School Program
Welcome to Alta Public Schools Expanded Learning Program!
We’re excited to welcome you to a safe, enriching, and fun experience where students thrive academically, socially, and creatively.
Our program is completely free and open to all students attending Alta Public Schools in grades TK–8.
We offer a wide variety of exciting activities including karate, swimming, gymnastics, rock climbing, and competitive sports like soccer, basketball, futsal, volleyball, and track and field. Students can also participate in cheerleading and esports competitive gaming.
Beyond physical activity, students can explore enrichment clubs like culinary arts, gaming, and DIY projects, as well as specialized enrichment classes led by professional instructors in Folklórico dance, music, cosmetology, and STEAM subjects like coding, LEGOs, robotics, and 3D printing.
We also provide daily academic support, including time for school assignments, homework, and i-Ready practice. Plus, students can look forward to Fun Friday events, school dances, and field trips throughout the year!
And we’re here beyond the school year too—with Fall Break Camp, Spring Break Camp, and Summer School to keep learning and fun going strong all year long.

Description
Program begins at 6:30am Monday through Friday and ends at 8:00am with students reporting to their classroom teacher. Students check into program at the student entrance gate. Free Breakfast is served at 7:30am. Program activities include Homework help, iReady, morning enrichment and recreation activities.
