Join Brooklyn Robot Foundry for Robot Inventors! Perfect for 3rd-5th graders, our fun-filled STEAM-based Robot Inventors classes dive deeper into the fun of hands-on building, experimenting, and designing robots! Each week, students take on a new robot, boosting their engineering skills while adding their unique creativity to every project. These sessions encourage kids to think critically, get imaginative, and maybe even invent something completely new! Watch their pride soar as they head home each week with amazing custom-built robots and the knowledge that they created something all on their own.
Students will get to build and bring home a new robot each class, every semester. We have over 700 projects in our curriculum - students can take our classes for 8 years straight without repeating a project!
What Students Will Learn & Practice: Fine motor skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, learning through trial and error, perseverance, independent thinking, collaboration, and foundational engineering concepts and vocabulary.
