Description
Join us—and feel free to bring a friend! This event is open to youth and teens ages 13 to 18. Parents are welcome to join. There Space is Arizona’s only membership-based screen print studio. Join us for this special event where you’ll: learn the logistics of screen printing, create a design, and print your creation on a t-shirt!
You’ll have guidance from our screen printing teachers and the opportunity to learn the business side of things from our owners.
Class Breakdown:
- 1–2 PM: Design and artwork – software, paper, sizing/file types
- 2–2:30 PM: Screen prep – how screens work, ink types, sourcing shirts
- 2:30–3 PM: Q&A session with instructors and owners
Part 2 (Coming in August):
The same group of kids will return for a second session to print their final shirt designs. The date/time and proposal for that follow-up session will be confirmed once we have participant numbers, final designs, and shirt quantities.
