- Germ Detectives – Understanding germs and how to prevent the spread of illness.
- Junior First Aid Workshop – Learning basic safety responses and simple first aid steps.
- Build a Plate – Nutrition knowledge and how to create balanced meals.
- Super Body Systems – Identifying basic organs and their functions.
- Feelings First Aid – Learning healthy ways to recognize and manage emotions.
- Healthy Heroes Leadership Day – Reviewing key health lessons and celebrating healthy habits.
