Description
B.O.S.S. Mentoring (Boys of Sustainable Strength)
BOSS Mentoring is designed for boys ages 8–18, helping them grow into confident, capable young men. Through weekly mentoring and consistent support, participants build skills in:
- Academic Success: tutoring, study skills, and homework help
- Cultural Competency: diversity awareness and travel experiences
- Financial Literacy: money management and entrepreneurship
- Life Skills: communication, leadership, and decision-making
- Health Awareness: emotional intelligence, wellness, and physical fitness
Boys gain a brotherhood, positive role models, and the tools to succeed in school, at home, and in their community.
