Description
Our school-based mentoring program brings the BOSS model directly into classrooms. Through on-site sessions and workshops, students receive:
- Academic Success: tutoring, study support, and improved school engagement
- Cultural Competency: exposure to diverse perspectives and cultural experiences
- Financial Literacy: practical money skills and entrepreneurship lessons
- Life Skills: leadership, teamwork, and responsible decision-making
- Health Awareness: guidance on wellness, emotional intelligence, and self-care
By working hand-in-hand with educators, we help students stay motivated, improve behavior, and strengthen school culture.
