Description
G.L.O.S.S. Mentoring (Girls Lifting One Another to Success & Self-Worth)
GLOSS is a mentorship program for girls in grades 7–12, focused on building leadership, self-worth, and success in a supportive environment. Girls receive guidance in:
- Academic Success: homework help, study habits, and academic coaching
- Cultural Competency: diversity awareness and exposure through travel
- Financial Literacy: budgeting, entrepreneurship, and smart money choices
- Life Skills: confidence, problem-solving, and communication
- Health Awareness: emotional wellness, self-care, and healthy living
Mentors help participants discover their voice, strengthen their confidence, and prepare for bright futures.
