Description
At BOSS Impact Academy, we believe it takes a village to build opportunities for stronger success. We welcome mentors, volunteers, and staff who are passionate about empowering youth and families.
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support programs such as BOSS Mentoring, GLOSS Mentoring, Parent Community Village, Youth Enrichment Institute, Cultural Exploration Travel Program, Wellness Connect, and Alumni Circle.
- Build meaningful relationships with youth and families.
- Share your skills and talents through mentoring, tutoring, event support, workshops, and more.
- Contribute to creating safe, supportive, and engaging experiences for our participants.
Expectations & Requirements:
- Complete this registration form and all onboarding steps (including clearances/background checks where required).
- Attend an orientation session before placement.
- Commit to being reliable, professional, and supportive of BOSS Impact Academy’s mission and values.
- Wear appropriate attire when working with youth (comfortable but professional).
