Description
The hydroponics ASA would teach students, over the course of the session, the basics of growing without soil. The lesson sequence would follow the growth of the lettuce plants, from seedling to packaged products. With each lesson focusing on one component in the growing system, students will learn growth, maintenance, monitoring, and harvest, while developing an understanding of materials and labor needed to grow plants successfully without soil.
