STEM in Sports- Rising 3rd-4th Graders- Block A
Please use this registration form to enroll your child in Summer Camp at Belle Chasse Academy.
In order to ensure a place in our summer camp, please select multiple options for the A and B Blocks. Each camper will get two activities.
If you have already enrolled your child in Summer Academic Programming, you DO NOT need to enroll them again in Summer Camp.
Summer Programming will take place at BCA Monday- Thursday, June 3-27, 2023, 8:00 am-12:00 pm.
We will be closed on June 19, 2024 in observance of Juneteenth.

Description
STEM can be found almost everywhere. Science, technology, engineering, and math are woven into everything including sport and athletic competition!
The ability to tie STEM to real-life application is the best! And, there are loads of learning connections behind scoring a touchdown, making a slam dunk, and hitting a home run. Getting kids excited about learning can sometimes be hard, but when they watch or take part in their favorite sport, they won’t even notice they are learning! Bring the fun to learning by exploring the parallels between STEM and sports.
