What Your Child Will Learn

1)     Life Skills – Goal Setting, Confidence and Attitude.

2)     Leadership Skills—Trust, Communication and Integrity.

3)     Physical Basics—Blocks, Kicks and Strikes. (I stress that we will only use our punches and kicks for self-defense purposes only. If a student uses the techniques learned in class to hurt someone on purpose or to START a fight, I will sit down with the student and guardian to discuss the incident. I may not let them continue.)

4) Self-Defense—Escapes, Patterns and Awareness Drills.

5)     Sparring – Sparring is the sport aspect of the martial arts. We learn offensive and defensive movements and the control needed to correctly apply each technique
