Hello Bloom Upstate Families,
We hope you are doing well! We will be holding a Parent Information Meeting on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20TH at 6:00PM VIA GOOGLE MEET. This meeting is extremely important, and we ask that at least one parent/guardian attend.
At this meeting, we will discuss the following:
- Fundraising Plan for the End-of-Year Trip
- We will review expectations, important dates, and how families can support their child in reaching their fundraising goals.
- Behavior Expectations & Protocols
- We will go over Bloom Upstate’s behavior standards and what happens when expectations are not met. This includes our probation and accountability process to ensure every girl has a safe and positive experience.
- Academics, Grades & Tutoring Support
- We will share how we are supporting girls academically, expectations around maintaining grades, and tutoring schedules and sign-ups for those who need additional help.
- Shirts, Attendance & Staying Connected
- We will discuss guidelines regarding keeping up with Bloom shirts, showing up prepared, and how we will communicate reminders throughout the week.
This meeting will help ensure that every girl is set up for success as we continue the year strong. Your presence and partnership are extremely important.
