Gatlinburg Trip

Trip Dates: June 3rd – June 5th, 2026

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Location: Dollar General Parking Lot

Departure Time: 6:00 AM (prompt departure at 6:10 AM)

🗓️ Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Travel + Check-In + Dollywood

We will depart early in the morning from Spartanburg and travel to Sevierville, TN (approximately 5.5 hours with rest stops). Upon arrival, the girls will check into our Airbnb, have lunch, and then head to Dollywood for an afternoon of rides, shows, and group activities. The evening will include dinner at the Airbnb and time for games, bonding, and reflection.

Day 2: Full Dollywood Experience

After breakfast at the Airbnb, the group will spend the full day at Dollywood enjoying the water park  and lunch in the park. We will return to the Airbnb for dinner, followed by a fun evening activity such as games or a movie night.

Day 3: Morning Activity + Return Home

The girls will enjoy breakfast and a light morning activity (such as a nature walk or local attraction) before packing up and heading back to Spartanburg in the afternoon. We anticipate returning later that evening.

The girls will be supervised throughout the trip by our dedicated team. The following staff members will be in attendance and chaperoning:

🍽️ Meals & Accommodations

All lodging and meals will be coordinated by Bloom. Meals will include a mix of group-prepared dinners, park meals, and easy options such as sandwiches, breakfast items, and snacks. The girls will also have access to water and drinks throughout the trip.

🎒 Packing List

Please ensure your child brings the following items:

• Comfortable clothing for 3 days (weather-appropriate)
• Sneakers/comfortable walking shoes
• Pajamas
• Undergarments and socks
• Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, etc.)
• Refillable water bottle
• Clear bag (required for park entry)
• Swimsuit(s)
• Cover-up(s)
• Beach towel(s)
• Light jacket or hoodie
• Sunscreen
• Hair care products/accessories
• Small bag or backpack for daily use in the park

Medications:

If your child requires any medications, please ensure they are clearly labeled and discuss administration instructions with staff prior to the trip.

This trip is designed to be both fun and meaningful—giving our girls the opportunity to build independence, strengthen friendships, and create lasting memories.
