🌸 Bloom Upstate Family Fish Fry & Yard Sale Fundraiser 🌸

📍 Location: 349 Oak Grove Rd

📅 Date: Saturday, March 21

Bloom families, we are excited to host a Fish Fry & Yard Sale Fundraiser to help raise money for our end-of-year trips for Girls N Bloom and Sistas N Bloom, which will take place in June!

⏰ Event Schedule

• 7:30 AM – Setup begins
• 8:00 AM – Yard Sale opens
• 10:30 AM – Fish Fry begins
• 1:00 PM – Event ends and cleanup

🛍️ Yard Sale Information

Parents and families are invited to set up their own table with gently used items to sell.

Bloom will provide:

✔ Tables and chairs

✔ Sticky pricing dots labeled $1, $5, $10, and $20

✔ A central checkout table where customers can pay cash (small bills preferred) or PayPal

Important Guidelines

• Families are responsible for pricing their own items using the dots provided.
• Please only bring items you are comfortable selling at those price points.
• Families must stay and manage their own table during the sale.
• Any items not sold must be taken back home at the end of the yard sale.

✨ Proceeds:

All money raised from participating families will be combined and split among the girls whose families participate.

✈️ End of Year Trips (June)

We are fundraising toward our Bloom trips:

Girls N Bloom Trip:

📍 Helen, GA

Estimated Cost: ~$200 per girl

Sistas N Bloom Trip:

📍 Gatlinburg, TN (3 days / 2 nights)

Estimated Cost: ~$400 per girl

Final dates and pricing will be confirmed soon, but we want to begin fundraising early to support these trips.

🍽️ Fish Fry

The Fish Fry begins at 10:30 AM.

🎟 Plate Cost: $12

We will also need families to volunteer to:

• Help prepare plates
• Help manage the serving tables

If your family plans to set up a yard sale table, please register in advance so we can plan space and tables accordingly.
