Brave Youth Society After School Drama Club (7th/8th Middle School)

Description

Activities will include high-energy acting games, basic acting techniques, improvisation, movement, auditioning skills, acting for film, script study, backstage theatre, and character development, stage make-up, and set design.

THIS SHOW WILL BE DOUBLE CAST. It will run 2 weekends. Seating will be limited as the production will be immersive and site- specific. We anticipate one cast will have their show May 2nd-4th, and the other cast will have their show May 9th-11th. There may be some students who will be cast in both weekend runs based on enrollment.

When: Fridays 3:45-5:30pm (Added rehearsal Monday/Thursdays. Dates TBD )

Where: Classes will happen at the Butler Lab School 60

Who: BYS Student in Grades: 7th-8th

Fee: $155/-25 sibling discount

Payments will be due by the first day of class.
