Description
Aloha, ia ora na, and talofa! Come join our ohana as we learn about the Polynesian islands through hula, tahitian, and maori dance. Dancers will learn about the basics of these dances and learn about the islands they come from.
Dance: DA:Cr1–3, DA:Pr4–6, DA:Re7–9, DA:Cn10–11
Social Studies: Cultural and geographic understanding of Pacific Islands
Music/Arts: Connecting artistic expression to cultural heritage
