Description
THIS IS ONLY FOR CCP STUDENTS ALREADY ATTENDING BOYS & GIRLS CLUB AFTERCARE. NO OTHER STUDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER.
To ensure your child can continue attending Friday Aftercare from 1:30pm - 3:30pm during Quarter 4, you MUST complete this registration process by the deadline of 11:59pm on Tuesday, March 24th.
Cost: $5 per Friday, per child. The total cost for Quarter 4 is $40 per child, covering the following dates:
- March 27
- April 3, 10, 17, 24
- May 1, 8, 15,
Payment: Payment in full is required by the deadline to secure your child’s spot. If you need to arrange a payment plan, please contact Ms. Ginn directly to set up a plan and pay the required deposit BEFORE the deadline.
Payment Options:
- Pay online via this Afterschool HQ registration
- Register with this HQ registration and then pay with cash at the front desk.
Deadline: 11:59pm on Tuesday, March 24th.
All registrations and payments must be completed through Afterschool HQ by 11:59pm March 24th.
Late registrations or payments cannot be accepted, as rosters are finalized for the quarter.
Please note: Failure to register or pay by the deadline will result in your child not being permitted to stay after school on Fridays for Quarter 4.
