DEBATE is an Add-In with an engaging and competitive component. We’ll learn the principles of public speaking and formal argument, and have fun debating a range of topics with friends and classmates. This class fosters critical thinking, public speaking, and persuasive argumentation skills. It teaches students how to structure arguments, analyze different perspectives, and engage in respectful, evidence-based discussions.
