Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Communicate clearly with clients about services and pricing
- Process payments (cash, card, and other forms of payment)
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Support nail technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Comfortable handling money and operating a POS system
- Interest in pursuing a career as a nail technician is a plus
