Career Launchpad is a program designed to help individuals navigate the early stages of their journey towards a career. It typically offers resources and support in areas such as resume building, interview preparation, cover letter writing, salary negotiation, and overall career development. The goal is to equip participants with the tools and skills needed to successfully launch and grow their professional careers.
