Overview:

Join our Beautification Project to make a difference in your community! This project is designed for young individuals (ages 14-15) who are passionate about transforming spaces and making them more beautiful, welcoming, and sustainable. As a Beautification Project Assistant, you will help with various tasks that improve the aesthetics and environment of local public areas, while developing teamwork, creativity, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Landscape Design & Maintenance: Help plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants to beautify public spaces.

• Trash Collection & Clean-Up: Participate in litter clean-up efforts, helping to keep the space clean and pleasant for all visitors.

• Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to plan and execute various beautification tasks.

• Educational and Career Exploration: We will incorporate an platform called Stickball for youths to use AI to explore different career choices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: 14+

• Interest Environmental Sustainability

• Ability to Work in a Team Environment

• Good Communication Skills

• Willingness to Learn and Follow Safety Guidelines

• Creativity and Problem-Solving Skills

• Physical Ability to Participate in Outdoor Tasks (lifting, bending, walking, etc.)
