Camp Counselor

Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals for Camp Counselors. Counselors are responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for campers while providing guidance, leadership, and support. Our staff uses teamwork to organize and plan daily activities to ensure a positive and memorable experience for campers. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of campers, disciplining campers when necessary, leading/supervising campers when necessary, providing positive role modeling by exampling communication and problem solving skills, encouraging campers to be inclusive, participate, and make good decisions, and building relationships with campers, staff, and parents throughout the Summer. Applicants must be 18+, able to work collaboratively with a team, and must demonstrate leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
