We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our hair salon team. The receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position focuses on customer service, front desk operations, and assisting with basic salon preparation, while also offering an opportunity to gain introductory knowledge in hair services.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Manage the salon’s booking system and confirm appointments
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
• Prepare salon stations and assist with basic setup and cleanliness
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
• Handle client check-in and check-out, including processing payments
• Assist staff with light preparation duties as needed
• Support daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow
