Job Description:
We are seeking creative and dependable youth to assist with event and party setups. Shifts will depend on the position offered and event scheduling needs. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
This role is perfect for youth who enjoy hands-on work, creativity, and working in a fast-paced event environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
- Help organize and prepare party setups
- Travel to event locations to assist with setup and breakdown
- Build and assemble decorations for party displays
- Maintain organized materials and supplies
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (bilingual preferred)
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift and move event materials when needed
- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability based on event schedule
This position offers valuable experience in event planning, customer service, and creative design.
