Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic youth interested in real estate. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate and eager to learn and grow in the industry. Here youth will assist senior agents with various tasks, gain hands-on experience in property transactions, and work closely with clients to facilitate their real estate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to gather information about property availability, pricing, and neighborhood trends. Assist with updating listings, marketing materials, and online property platforms.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and supported throughout the buying or selling process.
• Attend open houses, and ongoing inspections or appraisal appointments to get hands-on training.
• Stay up-to-date on local market trends, regulations, and real estate laws. Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance skills and knowledge with MLS and ERA systems.
• Assist with office duties, including filing, scheduling, and data entry related to real estate transactions. Answering phones and taking messages
• Maintaining outside board with updated listing sheets of homes organized and neat

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic
