Job Description:
We are looking for creative and responsible youth to assist in a floral shop environment. Shifts will depend on the needs of the owner and may vary week to week. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
This position is ideal for youth who enjoy working in a hands-on, creative setting while developing customer service and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up and arranging flower bouquets
- Help prepare floral arrangements for customer orders
- Answer phone calls and provide friendly customer service
- Take and organize customer orders accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support daily shop operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (bilingual preferred)
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Dependable and flexible with scheduling based on owner needs
This role offers valuable experience in customer service, organization, and the floral design industry.
