We're seeking a dedicated Junior Supervisor to lead and mentor youth in a manual labor environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for guiding and supervising young workers in tasks such as landscaping, maintenance, or construction projects. You'll provide on-the-job training, ensure safety protocols are followed, and motivate team members to meet productivity goals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, strong leadership skills, and a passion for fostering personal and professional growth. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals while contributing to meaningful projects within our community.
