Position Summary: 


We are looking for a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to manage the front desk and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing a positive and professional experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-oriented attitude.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Advertising about LUMA services to the community.
  • Assist LUMA at the cultural festival.
  • File documents, answering the phone, book appointments, and work on social media platforms.
  • Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Warmly greet visitors, clients, and guests as they arrive, directing them to the appropriate person 
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting (up to 10-15 lbs.) for handling office supplies and mail.
  • Must be at least 16 to 25 years old

We will meet from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM every Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, & Sat starting on 7/1/2025 and ending on 8/30/2025

We will not meet on the following dates: 7/4/2025
