Front Desk Associate



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Create a lasting first impression by greeting and checking in all members and guests, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they step through the door.
  • Act as a liaison between members (current and prospective) and management, effectively addressing inquiries and concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Manage communication by answering incoming calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Monitor and address member concerns to ensure a high level of service and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient check-in desk to reflect the gym's commitment to excellence.
  • Assist with the promotion and sale of training packages and classes, contributing to the growth and profitability of the gym.
  • Collaborate with team members, attending scheduled meetings and working together to ensure the gym runs smoothly.
  • Always maintain professionalism, whether directly assisting members or performing non-member-related duties. This includes avoiding personal distractions such as eating or phone use at the desk.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Must meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods, walking, and lifting to 45lbs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
  • Team-oriented, with a willingness to help coworkers whenever needed.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of the gym.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certification are required.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus!


Floor Attendant


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the gym floor, classrooms, and basketball courts, ensuring all spaces are organized, clean, and safe for members.
  • Act as a liaison between members and management, addressing any issues or concerns to maintain a positive environment.
  • Oversee daily equipment maintenance, checking for issues such as machine malfunctions or necessary repairs and ensuring all equipment is in top condition.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of fitness classes and sessions, ensuring a smooth transition and an optimal member experience.
  • Guide prospects through the gym, offering tours, answering questions, and promoting the gym’s services and offerings.
  • Collaborate with front desk associates to ensure members are greeted promptly and their needs are met quickly.
  • Always maintain a professional demeanor, even during quieter times. Avoid personal distractions such as eating or phone use while on duty.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proactive and energetic, with the ability to manage the gym floor and support the team during busy times.
  • Strong knowledge of gym equipment and the ability to physically and verbally demonstrate its proper use to members.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude when interacting with members and staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods, walk, run, and lift up to 45 lbs, as well as demonstrate proper use of gym equipment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
  • Team player mindset, ready to help out wherever needed.
  • Ability to promote and sell gym services, training, and classes to members and prospects.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet gym operational needs.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certification are required.

We will meet from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM every Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, & Sat starting on 7/1/2025 and ending on 8/30/2025

We will not meet on the following dates: 7/4/2025
