Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and responsible youth to join our team as Baristas. Bilingual candidates are preferred. This position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service and the food service industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare coffees and other beverages accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Learn how to operate the coffee machine and other equipment safely
- Develop barista skills, including drink preparation techniques and customer service best practices
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (bilingual preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and dependable
