The Summer Eat's Interns helps support the YMCA Summer Eat's by assisting staff with organizing food, preparing items for distribution, and helping create a welcoming environment for community members.

Responsibilities:

• Help organize and sort food donations
• Stock shelves and keep pantry areas clean and organized
• Assist with packing food bags or boxes for families
• Help carry and restock food items when needed
• Greet community members in a friendly and respectful way
• Help staff set up and clean up before and after pantry hours
• Follow instructions from YMCA staff and supervisors

Preferred Skills:

• Friendly and respectful attitude
• Responsible and dependable
• Ability to work well with others
• Comfortable helping and interacting with community members
• Ability to lift light boxes or food items if needed

Shift Times:

Shifts will depend on the food pantry schedule and staff needs.
