Las Vegas Aces vs Dallas Wings
Youth Summer Event: ACES Basketball Game
Date: June 25
Game Time: 7:00 PM
Venue: Michelob Ultra Arena
All youth must arrive at Derfelt by 4:00 PM for transportation to the event.
Pick‑up will also be at Derfelt at approximately 11:00 PM (TBA).
Important Details:
- Admission has already been paid.
- Youth are responsible for bringing their own snack and souvenir money.
- The event will be chaperoned by CLV staff members.
- If alternate transportation arrangements are needed, contact Ms. Smith at 702‑377‑6075.
- For general questions, call the Derfelt team at 702‑229‑6601.
Behavior Expectations:
- Respectful behavior is required at all times toward staff, peers, and the public.
- Youth must stay with the group and follow all staff instructions.
- No inappropriate language, disruptive behavior, or unsafe actions will be permitted.
- Youth who cannot meet behavior expectations may be sent home early at a parent/guardian’s expense.
Dress Code:
- Clothing must be appropriate for a public event.
- No midriff tops, sagging pants, or clothing with offensive graphics or wording.
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
