🌲 BlackPeopleHikeLV, Forever Healing Camping Trip – Mount Charleston 🌄
Join us for an unforgettable night under the stars at beautiful Mount Charleston!
We’ll be meeting at 5 PM at the Champion Road parking lot (Coordinates: 36.341103, -115.649160). If 5 PM doesn't work for you, please let us know in advance—cell service may be limited in the area!
Cost:
💰 $60 per adult
💰 $30 for children and students (up to age 22)

Safety Note: Firearms will be present on-site due to local wildlife. All safety precautions will be taken.
What to Bring:

🛏 One or two sleeping bags (it can get chilly!)
💊 Allergy medication (recommended for outdoor comfort)

Meeting Point:
The campsite is located at the following coordinates: 36.350673, -115.638202. Please use Google Maps for directions. The road can be a bit bumpy, but any vehicle can make it—I drive a Ford Focus and had no issues. Just drive with caution.
This is dispersed camping meaning we will have a portable bathroom and show.
Timing is Important:
We will meet at the Retreat on Charleston peak at 5:00 PM to drive to the campsite. If you're running late, communicate ahead of time. Service is very spotty in this area, so it is important that you arrive on time.
Alternative Meet-Up Option:
If you cannot make the 5:00 PM arrival, we will have a secondary meet-up at Retreat on Charleston Peak at 6:30 PM sharp. Sunset is around 7:41 PM, and it’s about a 25-minute drive to the campsite, giving you enough time to set up before dark.
After 6:30 PM, you will need to make your way to the campsite on your own.
