Description

Code for Life USA is committed to equipping young people with the life and tech skills they will need to thrive in life. We provide a fun, safe and growing environment for students to thrive in. Students will learn how to design and develop interactive applications using foundational technologies like JavaScript, React, and Node.js. Throughout the course, students learn how to create ideas, present their work, and build a professional portfolio mindset, preparing them to showcase projects confidently and creatively.  

Learning Experience  

• Code for Life USA utilizes a project-based curriculum where students learn by doing.   

• Students will learn how to develop, organize, and present new ideas for interactive projects such as chatbots and video games.  

• The curriculum emphasizes creating a professional portfolio, encouraging students to document their growth and achievements.  

• Every session is designed to be fun and engaging, making coding enjoyable for all participants.  

• Code for Life instructors focus on teaching important app development skills that help students thrive in today’s digital economy, including real-world JavaScript, React, and Node.js.  

• Courses foster creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration, ensuring that each student is ready for future technology challenges.  

• The class provides real-world context and support for building digital confidence and capability through interactive application development.
