Science Exploration Class

Drop-Off Class is located in my home studio, Murrieta CA

When: Wednesday @ 10 am-2 pm

Who: Grades 3-5 or Ages 8-12

Cost: $1,200/Year (24 weeks of instruction)

OR $600/Semester (12 weeks) OR $200/month (4 weeks)

This is a fun, engaging hands-on science class that will follow along with 3rd-5th grade CA State Standards and Next Generation Science Standards. Your kids will learn what they need throughout the whole school year, all while they meet new friends and challenge themselves to BE CURIOUS!

Curious Kids Club believes that kids learn science best through exploration, group work, and hands-on activities. Real-world problems, situations, and problem-based learning will drive student inquiry through the class.

In each class, we will learn a lesson on a specific topic followed by a hands-on activity to solidify the concept.

This includes:

Physical Science

Life Science

Earth Science

Investigation and Experimentation are incorporated throughout the year and in each class

Concepts covered:

1. Energy, Matter, and Light

2. Electricity and Magnetism

3. Elements and chemical reactions

4. Organisms and Ecosystems

5. Structure and function in living organisms

6. Cells and Genetics

7. Stars, Moons, Planets

8. Waves, Wind, Water, Solar energy

9. Rocks and Minerals

As an end-of-the-year project, we will host a “Science Fair” for families to participate in!
