Come Read With Us Upper Lower Elementary (Grades 1–2) is an engaging literacy enrichment program designed to strengthen early reading skills for lower and upper elementary students in a fun, supportive, and interactive environment. The program focuses on building phonics, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and confidence through age-appropriate books, guided reading, storytelling, and hands-on literacy activities.

Students participate in small-group and whole-group reading experiences that encourage active listening, discussion, and critical thinking. Activities may include read-alouds, interactive games, creative writing prompts, and STEAM-connected literacy projects that make reading exciting and relevant.

The program also supports social-emotional learning by promoting positive peer interaction, self-expression, and a love of learning. Our facilitators create a safe, nurturing space where children feel encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and grow at their own pace.

Come Read With Us helps students develop strong foundational literacy skills while fostering curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for reading.
