Description
As a Mentorship Volunteer with EXP, you’ll play a key role in guiding and empowering high school students as they explore their futures beyond the classroom. Our mentorship program connects volunteers with students participating in EXP's career readiness experiences, offering support, encouragement, and real-world insights that help students build confidence and direction.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a positive role model and source of encouragement
- Support students with goal-setting, career exploration, and professional skills
- Share your personal career journey and workplace experience
- Build meaningful connections with youth from diverse backgrounds
