Description
Room 107- Ms. Ching
Students will learn various ceramic hand building techniques, including coil pottery, pinch pots, and slab building; also learn underglaze techniques, including sgraffito, inlay, underglaze pencil, painting underglaze, and transfer underglaze; and also learn various glazing techniques, including dipping, pouring, brushing, stippling, and wax resist. We will look at various contemporary ceramic artists and work on individual projects inspired by the work we learn.
