Location Room 106
Room 13 is an open creative space for students of all grade levels to come and make art together. Much like an after school art club, Room 13 offers youth a chance to draw and paint, make things, discover new art making techniques and build their confidence, without worrying about grades, just for enjoyment. It’s also an opportunity for students to make friends and try out creative ideas in a non-competitive, nurturing environment. The sessions are run by a skilled Artist-in-Residence. Room 13 is a program funded by Light Bringer Project, a local nonprofit arts & education organization, who work closely with PUSD's College and Career Pathways office, as well as provide a Literary program to certain schools.
