Girls on the Run is more than just a running club — it’s a place where girls build confidence, make new friends, and learn life skills through fun, engaging activities and running games. Each session combines physical activity with lessons that encourage teamwork, self-respect, and goal-setting.
Whether you love to run or just want to have fun and grow stronger inside and out, Girls on the Run is for YOU!
