Description
This Art Club is for grades 5-8 students to prepare a submission for the Providence Cristo Rey High School art contest. Students will create an art piece around the theme "be the light in a world of dark." Students can use any art form, paint, ceramic, computer design, pencil, anything they can think of. All student artwork will be displayed at the Providence Cristo Rey High School Art Showcase on February 26th. There is even a cash prize for the top three entries!!!
This Art Club will meet Mondays and Tuesdays 3:30 - 4:30pm led by our art teacher on the following dates...
November 17 & 18th
December 1, 2, 8, 9, 15 &16th
January 12 & 13th
Art submissions must be entered by January 16th per the contest.
