Back-to-School Camp (TK–5th Grade) ELOP/BTC – Evans Ranch Elementary
Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year at Evans Ranch Elementary — Home of the Red Foxes! We are excited to invite our TK–5th grade students to join our Back-to-School Camp from August 3–11 as we prepare for a fun, successful, and confident start to the new school year.
Our camp is designed for students enrolled in the upcoming 2026–2027 school year and provides a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where students can build friendships, strengthen confidence, and become familiar with school routines before the first day of school.
Through our Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) and Beyond the Classroom (BTC) program, students will enjoy:
- Team-building activities
- Arts & crafts
- STEAM learning experiences
- Indoor and outdoor games
- Social-emotional learning opportunities
- Fun activities that support school readiness
Our caring staff is committed to creating a welcoming environment where every child feels safe, connected, and excited to learn.
Registration is required, and space is limited.
For student safety, all students must be checked in and checked out daily using the PIN created during registration through ASHQ. For registration support, please contact: support@afterschoolhq.com
Please note:
- Registration priority is given first to unduplicated students, followed by registration timestamp order based on staffing and program capacity.
- While some students may participate in activities led by credentialed teachers, ELOP/BTC programming is primarily facilitated by trained expanded learning staff.
- Student safety is our top priority. All students are expected to Check In and Check Out (CICO) using the PIN created during registration on ASHQ. Contact support@afterschoohq.com
