3rd Grade - TH - ELOP/BTC

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year at Evans Ranch Elementary — Home of the Red Foxes! We are excited to invite our TK–5th grade students to join our BTC - ELOP. 

Now that your child is registered for the BTC-ELOP, you are invited to register your child for individual classes by selecting from a wide range of classes that we offer. Registration is required, and space is limited. 

• Social-emotional learning and Team-building opportunities
• STEAM learning experiences
• Arts & crafts
• Home Work - Power Hour 2 times a week
• Indoor and outdoor games along with seasonal sports
• Fun activities that expands the day from the school day

Our caring staff is committed to creating a welcoming environment where every child feels safe, connected, and excited to learn.

Important Information: 

1. Student safety is our top priority.  All students are expected to Check In and Check Out (CICO) using the PIN created during registration on ASHQ. Contact support@afterschoohq.com  
2. It is important that you don’t register your child for multiple classes at the same time.  Here’s the link to access your account and view your child's schedule in order to make changes. 
3. Here is the link to our policies and procedures (attendance, behavior, etc.) along with the parent handbook.  Attendance is monitored daily.  2-3 absences,  early pick and or late pick up may result in being dropped from the program.  Behavior expectations during and after school are the same.  Positive Behavior strategies are implemented consistently. 
4. Please communicate with your child’s teacher of his/her BTC-ELOP schedule and remind your child to report to the MPR as all students are required to Check In.
