Description
The first day of Music Makers for the 2026/2027 School Year will be Wednesday, September 16th.
Music Makers is our flagship music education program designed for children, Kindergarten through 5th Grade. Beginning in early September and running through the end of March, Music Makers brings children to the church each Wednesday afternoon from 3:15-5:30pm to participate in a curriculum that teaches children musical appreciation and literacy. Depending on their grade level, students will have the chance to experience instruction on a variety of instruments and music activities including drums, orf, handbells, movement, cantamos, and crafts!.
Our Current Pick-Up Schedule from local schools is as follows:
- Junaluska Elementary: Church Van
- Jonathan Valley Elementary: Church Van
- Riverbend Elementary: Church Van
- Hazelwood Elementary: Church Van
*If your child attends a school outside our pick up/bus drop off area, they are more than welcome to come, but transportation will need to be provided by the parent/guardian.
