Description

Welcome to Girls Coding Week!

This FREE after-school is brought to you by the Monroe County Women’s Commission, Ivy Tech Community College Bloomington, Indiana University Office of Admissions, the Center of Excellence for Women & Tech at IU, and Girl Scouts of Central Indiana. Ellettsville students will learn and explore curriculum related to Scratch, and will have an opportunity to connect with girls from your school, awesome coding instructors, and mentors to guide you on your journey. Camp is scheduled from 3:45 p.m. – 4: 30 p.m. EST. Monday – Friday beginning October 12 and ending November 13. You’ll be learning amazing coding skills with other girls from your school district.

If you identify as a racially/ethnically underrepresented person, consider signing up for Brown Girls Who Code for additional opportunities.
