Practice Days: Mondays 4:30 - 5:30p

Rules:

• Teams will play a match per game day
• Played 7 vs. 7 with the 7th player being a goalie
• The field will be 80’ x 150’
• The matches will have two 20-minute halves
• Goalies (only 4-6) cannot touch the ball with his/her hands when played by a defender (teammate). If the ball is touched with his/her hands by the goalie coming from a defender, it will be penalized with an indirect kick (two touches before it goes to the goal) for the opponent team from the spot the goalie touched the ball.
• Officials will be assigned for the matches
• No heading or sliding is allowed for any age. Any heading intentional or unintentional will give the ball to the opposite team.
• Size 4 soccer balls

Game Rules:

• Teams may use unlimited substitutions and can be made during any dead-ball period.
• Throw-ins from the sidelines when the ball is out of the sidelines.
• For a goal kick, any player can re-start the game with a goal-kick by placing the ball inside the box every time the ball crosses the end-line by the opposite team. If the ball is kicked and crosses the end-line by the defending team, the ball is placed for a corner kick for the attacking team
• Goalies can throw or kick the ball over the half line through the air, if chosen.
• No heading or sliding is allowed for any age. Any heading intentional or unintentional will give the ball to the opposite team.
• If a player is suspected of having a head injury, they will be removed from play immediately. They cannot reenter play until they have written clearance from a licensed physician.
• No overtime during the regular season
• Tournament Overtime 
• 5 minutes – First score wins
• If still tied after 5 minutes the match will be decided by penalty kicks. Each team will get 5 shots on the goal.  Teams alternate after every shot.
