Session Focus Overview
- Session 1: Introduction, safety rules, mat awareness, balance, and movement games
- Session 2: Positional awareness, distance management, and basic self-defense concepts
- Session 3: Escaping holds safely, standing up safely, and boundary awareness
- Session 4: Review, teamwork drills, confidence-building activities, and student showcase
